Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Lead to drive Quality Assurance efforts and ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices for manual and automated testing
Lead the QA team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management
Monitor product quality through metrics, reporting, defect tracking, and test automation

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Hands-on experience with test automation tools and defect tracking tools
Solid knowledge of scripting or programming languages is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
