Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end QA strategy across web, native, and backend layers
• Lead and mentor QA engineers, fostering ownership and professional growth
• Design scalable test architecture and ensure high regression reliability and release readiness

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software testing
• 2+ years in a QA Team Lead role in a complex product environment
• Strong experience in manual testing (Web, native, backend)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and quality gates
• Experience defining and tracking quality metrics
