Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Team Lead to enhance product quality through effective leadership and test automation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of QA engineers
Own and optimize the full QA strategy, including processes and quality standards
Collaborate with Product & Engineering on acceptance criteria and oversee test planning

Required Qualifications

5+ years of QA experience, including 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
Strong hands-on manual testing skills for complex SaaS applications
Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
