QA Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Team Lead responsible for guiding and supporting a QA team while ensuring high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a QA team, fostering a collaborative culture
• Guide team members during Agile ceremonies and support sprint execution
• Continuously evaluate and enhance QA processes and maintain documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in multiple testing strategies within an Agile environment
• Strong experience with SQL, NoSQL, and other query languages
• 2+ years of people leadership experience preferred
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and object-oriented programming languages is a plus
