QA Test Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the QA Test Automation Engineer will develop test plans, automation test scripts, and execute tests while contributing to the maintenance of the testing framework in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in writing, designing, and executing automated tests through script creation
• Maximize test coverage for critical system features and prioritize test scenarios
• Expand the existing test automation framework and document defects

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance
• 2+ years of experience with test automation technologies
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Proven experience with Selenium and JMeter
• Experience in scripting and programming languages relevant to Selenium and JMeter (e.g., Java, Python)
