QA Test Developer

Job Summary

Passionate about quality, the full-time remote QA Test Developer will maintain and enhance a mature automation framework, write and execute automated tests for web and mobile applications, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Extend and maintain the WebdriverIO automation framework using a component-based Page Object pattern
• Write and execute automated tests for web and React Native mobile applications, integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with developers to define effective test strategies and contribute to sprint planning and documentation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation or software development
• Strong hands-on experience with WebdriverIO or equivalent depth in Playwright
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, with experience in Node.js-based frameworks
• Experience testing React Native applications and running automated tests within CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with API testing tools and a solid understanding of databases and SQL
