QA Test Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with developers and product teams, the onsite contract QA Test Engineer will design and execute test plans, perform various testing types, and track software defects to ensure the quality and performance of web and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Software QA/Testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
• Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools
• Familiarity with SQL and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
