QA Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Tester.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain software test plans, including manual test scripts for various testing types
• Log bugs/issues and prioritize them, while providing clear reporting on test plan results and progress
• Conduct verification testing in production and maintain documentation of test results

Required Qualifications

• University Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance Manual Testing
• Understanding of Application Development Lifecycle and Agile Development processes
• Familiarity with defect management and reporting systems
• Exposure to MS SQL or MySQL preferred; programming experience is a plus
