QA Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Tester to work remotely, focusing on quality assurance within application development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and maintain quality standards throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Develop and execute test plans, document defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
• Maintain and improve IT-Quality standards and documentation for projects and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience with formal SDLC lifecycle and testing SQL, XML, or basic programming
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Process Design/Software Testing
• Experience creating SDLC deliverables such as Requirements and Test Requirement Specification documents
• Proven professional QA background with strong interpersonal relationship skills
