QA Tester

Job Summary

To support an onshore project, the remote QA Tester will manage test strategy and planning, conduct requirement analysis, and execute various testing phases, including defect management and release readiness reporting, on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, including risk-based testing and functional risk assessments
• Design test scenarios and cases, and manage defect and traceability documentation
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and report on release readiness using test management tools

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in application software testing
• Intermediate knowledge of life sciences and healthcare modernization strategies
• Experience with defect management and testing planning methodologies
• Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium and UFT
• Strong skills in communication and issue resolution
