QA Tester - AI/ML

Job Summary

To support AI/ML assurance initiatives, the contract QA Tester - AI/ML Lead will focus on data assurance, model quality validation, and trustworthy AI testing while working remotely for a duration of 6 months with potential for extension or conversion to permanent employment.

Key responsibilities

• Design test approaches for AI/ML use cases, ensuring model performance evaluation and data quality assessment
• Collaborate with data science, compliance, and business teams to conduct risk assessments and documentation
• Implement AI/ML assurance planning and validation strategies within life sciences and healthcare contexts

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in application software testing
• Intermediate knowledge of machine learning and AI control testing and validation
• Experience with life sciences and healthcare modernization strategy and implementation
• Familiarity with IT controls testing
• Strong understanding of bias/fairness awareness in AI/ML applications
