QA Tester/Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting quality assurance activities in a remote-first environment, the full-time QA Tester/Business Analyst will validate Microsoft Teams applications and Power Platform solutions, ensuring functionality, performance, and compliance within a federal setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute testing activities for Microsoft Teams applications and Power Platform solutions, focusing on functionality and performance
• Document defects and track issues through resolution, collaborating with development teams using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and validation procedures while supporting regression testing cycles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of related experience in a government contract M365 environment
• Experience testing enterprise applications, integrations, or cloud-based solutions
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, particularly for Microsoft Teams and Power Platform solutions
• Experience supporting QA activities in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional technical teams
