QA Tester Lead - Facets Testing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Tester Lead SME - Facets Testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end QA efforts for Facets systems involving Medicare/Medicaid
• Manage QA teams, providing strategic direction and performance oversight
• Act as a trusted QA consultant, presenting testing strategies and results to executives and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5+ years in a QA Manager or Director role in healthcare
• Minimum 3 years of direct Facets experience within large health plans
• Minimum 3 years experience testing Medicare and Medicaid claims
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary QA teams in complex healthcare implementations
• Deep understanding of the entire healthcare lifecycle, including claims and regulatory testing
