QA Triage Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the stability and accuracy of automated test execution, the full-time QA Triage Analyst will systematically analyze, debug, and resolve failing scripts across pipelines in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor pipelines in Azure DevOps while categorizing failures into test defects, environment issues, data problems, or code errors
• Perform script-level debugging and root cause analysis for automation scripts written in Playwright or Selenium, identifying issues such as flaky selectors and synchronization problems
• Validate API failures using Postman or GraphQL tools and track trends to provide triage reporting

Required Qualifications

• Strong debugging and analytical skills
• Experience with logs, APIs, and UI troubleshooting
• Familiarity with the test automation lifecycle
• Experience with observability tools such as App Insights and Azure monitoring
