QA Triage Analyst
Job Summary
Owning the stability and accuracy of automated test execution, the full-time QA Triage Analyst will systematically analyze, debug, and resolve failing scripts across pipelines in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and monitor pipelines in Azure DevOps, categorizing failures as test defects, environment issues, data problems, or code errors
- Perform script-level debugging and root cause analysis for automation scripts written in Playwright or Selenium, identifying issues like flaky selectors and synchronization problems
- Validate API failures using Postman or GraphQL tools and track trends to provide comprehensive triage reporting
Required qualifications
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
- Experience with logs, APIs, and UI troubleshooting
- Familiarity with the test automation lifecycle
- Experience with observability tools such as App Insights and Azure monitoring
