QBO Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

Providing omnichannel chat support for SMB owners, the full-time QBO Accounting Specialist will respond to customer queries, handle complex accounting questions, and offer financial guidance while working remotely with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week and a 4-hour overlap with PST.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via omni chat platforms
• Handle accounting-related questions requiring deep financial expertise
• Analyze and interpret financial data to provide accurate responses

Required qualifications

• Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Prior experience with omnichannel chat support
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis
• Experience working with SMB clients is preferred
