Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day accounting operations, the full-time Accounting Operations Specialist will manage full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial reporting while working remotely across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online across multiple entities
• Handle payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and finance-related support requests
• Contribute to a long-term QBO remediation and automation project

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on QuickBooks Online experience with QBO ProAdvisor certification
• Proven experience cleaning up disorganized books across multiple entities
• Strong reconciliation skills and a commitment to financial accuracy
• Fluent in English with clear communication skills
• Remote-first mindset with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines independently
