QC Data Management Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time QC Data Management Specialist will conduct thorough reviews of study charts, enter data into electronic systems, and report discrepancies while ensuring compliance with protocols and guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reviews of study charts and report missing or discrepant data to management
• Accurately enter data into e CRF/CRF systems according to sponsor guidelines
• Assist in sponsor monitor visits and onboarding procedures for new hires

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3+ years of experience in clinical or biological research
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Understanding of medical terminology and clinical research concepts
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
