QC Review Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QC Review Specialist I to review and validate data from broker price opinion (BPO) orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control valuation reviews of residential BPO reports
• Analyze photos, comments, and comparable information to determine property value
• Provide concise written analyses and supporting commentary

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 or more years of work-related experience
• Working knowledge of BPO review and comparable market analysis
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
