Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Independently perform quality control reviews of assigned loans for compliance with underwriting guidelines
Evaluate third party documentation and identify potential red flags
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining quality and productivity goals

Required Qualifications:

Comprehensive knowledge in mortgage credit underwriting
7 years experience underwriting to Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines
Associate or Bachelor's degree
Mortgage insurance underwriting experience
Experience using third party fraud detection tools
