Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time QKA Licensed Account Manager will maintain client relationships, perform compliance testing, and prepare necessary government forms while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provides timely and superior customer service, ensuring high client retention rates
  • Interprets plan documents and communicates improvements to clients and partners
  • Calculates employer contributions and performs annual non-discrimination tests, discussing results with clients
Required qualifications:
  • College degree or 7+ years of retirement experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in an account manager or similar role in retirement administration
  • QKA designation required
  • Experience with Relius and Salesforce strongly desired
  • Excellent math skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications
