QMHP Mental Health Facilitator

Job Summary

Seeking Master's-level clinicians, the part-time remote QMHP Mental Health Facilitator will lead group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to support clients in a collaborative telehealth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group therapy sessions using proven methodologies tailored to different age groups
• Maintain compliance by submitting clinical documentation within 24 hours and adhering to therapeutic guidelines
• Participate in regular Treatment Team syncs and collaborate closely with Care Coaches and Primary Therapists

Required qualifications

• A Master's degree in mental health, social work, or a related clinical field
• Availability for weeknights and Saturdays
• Proven experience in intensive treatment environments with varied demographics
• Skill in applying therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR
• Tech-savviness with EMR systems and cloud platforms (Zoom, Slack, G-Suite)
