QMHP Mental Health Facilitator

Job Summary

Seeking Master's-level clinicians, the part-time QMHP Mental Health Facilitator will lead group therapy sessions remotely, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to support clients and ensure compliance with clinical documentation and guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group therapy sessions tailored to different age groups while fostering a collaborative environment
• Participate in regular treatment team meetings and maintain communication with supervisors and colleagues
• Ensure timely submission of clinical documentation and adherence to therapeutic guidelines

Required qualifications

• A Master's degree in mental health, social work, or a related clinical field
• Experience in intensive treatment environments with diverse demographics
• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR; MI certification is a plus
• Availability for weeknights and Saturdays
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and tech-savviness with EMR systems and cloud platforms
