QMHP Mental Health Facilitator

Job Summary

Seeking Master's-level clinicians, the part-time QMHP Mental Health Facilitator will lead group therapy sessions remotely, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to support clients while collaborating with a clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group therapy sessions using proven methodologies tailored to different age groups
• Maintain compliance by submitting clinical documentation within 24 hours and following therapeutic guidelines
• Participate in regular Treatment Team syncs and bi-weekly supervision, ensuring integrated care with Care Coaches and Primary Therapists

Required qualifications

• A Master's degree in mental health, social work, or a related clinical field
• Proven experience in intensive treatment environments with varied demographics
• Skill in applying modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR; MI certification is valued
• Availability for weeknights (4-9pm central time zone, Mon-Thu) and Saturdays
• Tech-savviness with EMR systems and cloud platforms (Zoom, Slack, G-Suite)
