QMHP Mental Health Facilitator

Job Summary

Seeking Master's-level clinicians, the part-time QMHP Mental Health Facilitator will lead group therapy sessions remotely, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to provide effective support while collaborating with a clinical team and maintaining compliance with therapeutic guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group therapy sessions using proven methodologies tailored to different age groups
• Participate in regular Treatment Team syncs and bi-weekly supervision to ensure integrated care
• Submit all clinical documentation within 24 hours to meet compliance needs

Required qualifications

• A Master's degree in mental health, social work, or a related clinical field
• Availability for weeknights (4-9pm central time zone, Mon-Thu) and Saturdays
• Proven experience in intensive treatment environments with varied demographics
• Skill in applying modalities like CBT, DBT, or EMDR; MI certification is valued
• Tech-savviness with EMR systems and cloud platforms (Zoom, Slack, G-Suite)
