QMHP Mental Health Group Facilitator

Job Summary

Seeking Master's-level clinicians, the part-time QMHP Mental Health Group Facilitator will lead virtual group therapy sessions, collaborate with a clinical team, and ensure compliance with therapeutic guidelines in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead group therapy sessions using various therapeutic methodologies tailored to different age groups
• Participate in regular Treatment Team syncs and bi-weekly supervision while maintaining communication with Quality Supervisors
• Submit all clinical documentation within 24 hours and uphold ethical standards regarding client information

Required Qualifications

• A Master's degree in mental health, social work, or a related clinical field
• Availability for weeknights (4-9pm central time zone, Mon-Thu) and Saturdays
• Proven experience in intensive treatment environments with varied demographics
• Skill in applying therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection and proficiency with EMR systems and cloud platforms
