Job Summary

A company is looking for a QNXT Accumulator Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for QNXT accumulators, including configuration and troubleshooting
• Analyze accumulator-related claim issues and investigate complex production issues
• Write and interpret SQL queries to validate accumulator behavior and support enrollment-related updates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in QNXT accumulators
• Strong expertise in accumulator configuration and troubleshooting
• Deep knowledge of QNXT backend functionality and healthcare claims processing
• Experience with enrollment data and membership tables
• Ability to perform end-to-end analysis across claims and enrollment data
