Job Summary

To support health plan benefit configurations, the 100% remote QNXT Benefit Configuration Manager will manage benefit design and implementation processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in a contract-to-hire capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the configuration of health plan benefits within QNXT, ensuring accurate implementation and maintenance
• Lead and coordinate benefit configuration teams and operational functions to drive project initiatives
• Manage large-scale benefit implementations and annual maintenance initiatives, ensuring alignment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
• Progressive experience configuring health plan benefits within QNXT or a comparable claims administration platform
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Exchange benefit designs and regulatory requirements
• Advanced understanding of QNXT architecture, benefit configuration logic, and claims adjudication
• Proven experience managing large-scale benefit implementations and cross-functional teams
