Key Responsibilities

• Provide business process redesign, communication, and change management for operations
• Conduct assessments of internal business processes to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Serve as a liaison for audits and document audit walkthroughs and responses

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or two years of equivalent experience
• Four years of proven analytical experience in an operations or process-focused environment
• Experience in managed care operations and knowledge of related processes
• Ability to write SQL queries
• Experience with QNXT configuration and troubleshooting
