QNXT Developer
Job Summary
Supporting healthcare payer technology initiatives, the full-time remote QNXT Developer will design, develop, test, and implement complex QNXT solutions while collaborating with business, IT, and vendor partners to analyze needs and deliver high-quality results.
Key responsibilities:
- Independently analyze complex business problems and prepare detailed specifications for project-level development
- Evaluate solution options and provide recommendations to management regarding build vs. buy decisions
- Develop and execute unit test plans, ensuring QNXT functionality and interface accuracy through thorough testing and validation activities
Required qualifications:
- 5-7 years of hands-on QNXT development experience, particularly with claims interfaces and 837 inbound transactions
- Strong technical communication skills for translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience managing technical deliverables independently, including development estimates and defect remediation
- Proficiency with major database systems such as DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, or Teradata
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or mathematics, or an associate degree in computer science
