Job Summary

Supporting the growth of retirement services, the fully remote Qualified 401(k) Account Executive will generate leads, qualify prospects, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance employer-sponsored 401(k) plan offerings.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to prospective employer clients and broker/advisor sources to generate interest in 401(k) solutions
  • Qualify inbound leads and collaborate with the Sales team to advance qualified opportunities
  • Assist in proposal development, pricing support, and coordination of documentation for new plan clients
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience, preferably in financial services or HCM/benefits-related sales
  • QKA, CPC, or NAPA CPFA credentials strongly preferred
  • Understanding of employer-sponsored benefits and advisor/broker distribution channels required
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to utilize data for outreach efforts
