Job Summary

To support an expanding practice, the full-time Retirement Benefits Plan Administrator will manage client relationships, oversee compliance and administration of retirement plans, and assist with annual audits while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer key clients and assist with annual audits
  • Review compliance work and interpret plan documents for DOL and IRS compliance
  • Calculate employer contributions and prepare annual valuation and Form 5500 filings
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in qualified retirement plan administration, preferably with a Third Party Administrator
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credentials through ASPPA
  • Solid understanding of recordkeeping software, including FT Williams and PensionPro
  • Experience with balance forward and daily valuation plans
