Job Summary

A company is looking for a PartnersACCESS Specialist (QP) to provide initial screening, referral, and scheduling for health and behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screenings and referrals for health, mental health, substance use, and developmental disabilities treatment needs
• Assist with authorizations and admissions to various healthcare facilities and crisis services
• Maintain accurate data entry and provide technical assistance to first responders and clinical providers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of health, mental health, substance use, and developmental disabilities treatment eligibility
• Familiarity with call center operations and confidentiality laws
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Experience in healthcare or mental health settings preferred, with at least four years of relevant experience for LPNs
