Job Summary
Managing a higher-volume portfolio of SMB accounts, the full-time Qualified Success Architect will lead customers through the onboarding and implementation of the Qualified Agentic Marketing Platform, leveraging AI-assisted workflows to enhance account management and drive pipeline generation strategies remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead successful onboarding and adoption of the Qualified Agentic Marketing Platform for customers
- Design and implement scalable inbound pipeline generation strategies in collaboration with customer stakeholders
- Analyze buyer engagement and conversion performance to deliver strategic recommendations for optimization
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in SMB/Mid Market/Enterprise software
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows
- Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and marketing automation systems
- Familiarity with web/scripting technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Bachelor's degree is required
