Qualifying Specialist

Job Summary

To support the enrollment division, the full-time Qualifying Specialist will engage with prospective students through calls and chats, qualifying their interest in college education and directing them to appropriate programs while working remotely during EST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective students via telephone and chat, providing information about university programs
• Assess prospects' needs and match them with suitable programs, ensuring they receive necessary information for their evaluation
• Collaborate with team members to meet student needs and achieve departmental goals

Required qualifications

• Passion for assisting others in achieving their educational goals
• High level of integrity and commitment to compliance with regulatory standards
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software programs
• Associate's degree preferred
