Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large volumes of open-ended survey responses to identify meaningful themes and patterns
- Translate qualitative findings into actionable business insights related to retail experiences
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to provide a comprehensive view of customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in qualitative research, customer experience, or market research roles
- Strong ability to distill large volumes of qualitative data into actionable themes
- Experience with comment coding, thematic analysis, and sentiment analysis
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Comfort with ambiguity and high-volume workloads
