Job Summary

A company is looking for a Qualitative Project Manager for North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless execution of qualitative research projects with strong internal collaboration and client engagement
• Optimize supplier relationships and transition moderation responsibilities to the internal team
• Develop and implement Privacy and Security Protocols in collaboration with the operations team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, social sciences, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management operations within a qualitative research business
• Deep understanding of qualitative approaches and project planning
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time and on budget
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions
