Qualitative Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple qualitative research studies, the full-time Qualitative Project Manager will oversee project life cycles, facilitate respondent coordination, and ensure successful project completion while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage qualitative projects through the entire project life cycle, including client and partner management
• Facilitate screening, scheduling, and confirming respondents for various qualitative research methods
• Provide regular updates on recruitment status and proactively identify potential fielding concerns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
• 2-3 years of market research experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple qualitative projects simultaneously
• Experience in quantitative project management (preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
