Job Summary

Recruiting healthcare professionals for qualitative and quantitative projects, the full-time Qualitative Resources Recruiter will work remotely to schedule interviews, ensure compliance with industry standards, and manage multiple assignments while communicating effectively with team members.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and schedule respondents for interviews, confirming their attendance
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process
• Provide daily updates on completed interviews and booked appointments to the project team

Required qualifications

• Experience in recruiting healthcare professionals for qualitative and quantitative research
• Availability during office hours for effective communication with project teams
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet demanding deadlines
• Proficiency in one or more languages such as English, French, German, Italian, or Spanish
• Strong understanding of healthcare-related issues to engage with diverse stakeholders
