Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research Associate - Qualitative, Higher Ed - Hourly.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and record interviews and focus groups relevant to research in the education sector
• Analyze findings and synthesize actionable insights into clear, concise reports
• Design interview and focus group protocols independently as needed

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, or related social science, or a Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of applied market research experience
• 2-4 years of business or academic experience conducting qualitative research
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and comfort with generative AI tools
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment
• Experience interacting professionally over the phone or via videoconference
