Job Summary
Supporting clients in higher education, the part-time temporary Qualitative Research Associate will conduct interviews, moderate focus groups, analyze data, and create reports while working remotely on a project-by-project basis.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct and record interviews and focus groups relevant to research in the education sector
- Analyze findings and synthesize insights into clear, actionable reports
- Design interview and focus group protocols independently as applicable
Required qualifications
- A Master's degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, or related social science, or a Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of applied market research experience
- 2-4 years of business or academic experience conducting qualitative research
- Full cycle experience executing in-depth interview studies, including writing guides and delivering reports
- High comfort level with Microsoft Office applications and using generative AI tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment
