Qualitative Research Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Qualitative Research Lead to support the analysis of initiatives aimed at amplifying the voices of young people in America.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document a comprehensive qualitative coding schema and protocol for analyzing open-ended responses
• Design and implement a technology-augmented workflow for sentiment analysis, ensuring timely insights delivery
• Train and manage staff to execute the coding protocol, ensuring consistency and reliability in outputs

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in non-profit and/or political environments
• Experience in thematic analysis or formal qualitative coding across at least three distinct projects
• Familiarity with research on Gen Z preferences and behaviors
• Commitment to verifying automated labor through human oversight
• Proficiency in Google Suite
