Qualitative UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher (Qualitative) to join their UX team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting primary and secondary qualitative user research to understand user needs in the real estate and rental industries
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop research plans and present findings that inform product development
• Synthesizing qualitative research into actionable insights and advocating for user-centered design improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product and/or qualitative UX research
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in qualitative research methodologies
• Experience with usability testing and digital product development (B2B and B2C)
• Proficiency in various remote testing tools and qualitative research methods
• Strong planning skills and ability to create effective research plans based on project goals
