Qualitative UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher (Qualitative) to join their UX team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting qualitative user research to understand user needs and behaviors in the real estate and rental industries
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop research plans and present findings that inform product development
• Mentoring junior team members and advocating for qualitative research methodologies within the organization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product and/or qualitative UX research
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in qualitative research
• Experience with usability testing and both generative and evaluative research methodologies
• Familiarity with remote testing tools and qualitative research methods
• Strong planning skills and ability to create comprehensive research plans
