Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate comprehensive reports, graphics, and dashboards to summarize and display data for stakeholders
• Review reports and data for pattern identification and provide management-level summaries of key findings
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data collection and reporting systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in data analysis and/or analytic programming
• Minimum of three years of experience with HEDIS or similar healthcare quality performance metrics
• 3-5 years of programming experience in SQL or SAS
• Preferred experience in programming with DAX/Power BI and familiarity with healthcare delivery or payer experience
