Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and technical specifications
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system enhancements
• Execute manual and automated tests, identify defects, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing, preferably with complex system integrations
• Experience testing Salesforce customizations and EMR systems is highly desirable
• Healthcare industry experience preferred, especially with provider and payer organizations
• Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting languages is a plus
