Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the customer feedback process, including issuing, reviewing, and reporting on cases
- Interface with customers to collect feedback and provide results back to them
- Update documents related to processes utilized by the Customer Quality Team
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and three years of relevant experience in quality and manufacturing, preferably in an ISO environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Word, Excel, and Database, with proficiency in MS Excel
- 3+ years of experience in customer/technical support
- High standard of business and personal ethics
- Outgoing personality with strong relationship skills for interacting with customers and colleagues
