Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the customer feedback process, including issuing, reviewing, and reporting on cases
  • Interface with customers to collect feedback and provide results back to them
  • Update documents related to processes utilized by the Customer Quality Team
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma and three years of relevant experience in quality and manufacturing, preferably in an ISO environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Word, Excel, and Database, with proficiency in MS Excel
  • 3+ years of experience in customer/technical support
  • High standard of business and personal ethics
  • Outgoing personality with strong relationship skills for interacting with customers and colleagues
