Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst, Contract Reimbursement Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality audits for the CRA state and federal arbitration process to ensure compliance with IDR policies
• Develop and conduct ongoing training programs for new hires and existing staff
• Research payer trends and recommend improvements to enhance IDR success rates

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework preferred
• At least one year of experience in payer contracting or revenue cycle management (RCM) roles
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology
• Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and Adobe
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
