Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst to work as part of their Value Based Care Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize payor reporting systems to identify patients due for preventative health screenings according to HEDIS guidelines
• Collaborate with various staff to assist in closing gaps, workflow analysis, and process improvement for quality initiatives
• Review quality reports regularly and communicate with the Director of Value Based Care to assess progress on monthly goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Graduate; Certified Medical Assistant preferred
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and HEDIS knowledge
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft programs and payor portals
• Ability to work collaboratively with Quality staff, office staff, and Physicians
• Independent and creative thinker with the ability to implement changes effectively
