Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst to promote excellent call quality and documentation through consistent monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor customer service representatives' call handling and documentation for quality assurance
  • Provide feedback and complete statistical reports according to established procedures
  • Attend departmental meetings and ensure compliance with client SOPs and audit targets
Required Qualifications
  • High School Graduate required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Experience in claims processing for back office roles is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong keyboarding skills and ability to manage time effectively
