Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor customer service representatives' call handling and documentation for quality assurance
- Provide feedback and complete statistical reports according to established procedures
- Attend departmental meetings and ensure compliance with client SOPs and audit targets
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate required
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment
- Experience in claims processing for back office roles is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong keyboarding skills and ability to manage time effectively
